Our Mission
We believe management of the "human resources" in a company is the most
important aspect of a manager's role. Because of that, we are
committed to exploring and providing the most effective measures in hiring,
training and performance management to our clients. To this end, we
conduct research, develop customized processes and procedures, and design
training to meet our clients' specific needs.
Company Profile
PCmHR, Inc. is a privately held Georgia corporation
which was incorporated in 1997, but has its roots in a human resource
development firm called Blake, Laughridge & Associates, founded in 1983.
It was in 1997, that the company expanded significantly when the owners
developed and opened the Preneed Service Center, the premier national screening
and placement service for the funeral industry.
In this very special
company, we have the flexibility
to mold our offerings to your needs. We believe hiring, training and
performance management are best accomplished when structured with processes to
fit each client. So while we work within established and proven
techniques, we take your company's special needs into account.
We've worked with large corporations, mid-size companies, and very small
firms. We've screened for clerical, executive and sales positions.
We've served the public and private sector. And our experience shows while
we
adapt our proven designs and knowledge to the up-to-date information we gather about
your company and your industry.
